Holidays, camera, action!

It has been a long time since my last post over at Typepad, and after too long away from blogging, I feel it is important to come back as I find I still have a lot to say.

So here goes, by way of introduction, I knit, sew quilt(s), and love scrapbooking stuff. I work in the city and have 2 children

I hope there will be some followers from the old blog come over and see me here. I am hoping for a bit more balance this year in all things, I made no resolutions per se, except to spend more time looking at the sky and the stars than down at my feet and the path immediately in front of me. I think if I keep this in the front of my mind, ie a broad attitude that speaks to a goal, that this will stand me in better stead than the worn out usual platitudes to the new year.

I am also determined to learn how to use the computer more to its fullest extent.

Today, I hope to work on Caitlyn’s quilt, and to perhaps finish off a small shawl, different lines (Ravelry link here)

We have a new camera in the house so hopefully the standard of photography will improve …
